Even as you finish saying it, the 'droid changes her expression, almost too subtly to perceive, and you fancy for a moment that what you saw was just the slightest hint of sorrow in her mechanically-perfect expression.
But then the moment passes, and the robot is just a robot, and you're just reading into nothing.
